Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our market presence within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on sales, lead generation, and building strong relationships with both B2B clients and retail partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyze market trends to drive sales growth.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking within the assigned territory.
Manage existing accounts while actively seeking to expand the customer base in both B2B and retail sectors.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and territory management strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and sales processes.
Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
A valid driver's license is required for travel within the territory.
