Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supervision and administration of all quality functions In a Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical environment. Specifically, responsible for monitoring compliance to quality systems and standard operation procedures and review of product. Responsible for responding to and driving resolution of process and product quality issues. Works collectively with research and development, production, and materials management to improve processes and work procedures. Responsible for the management of all Quality Personnel. Must be proficient in Title 21 of the CFR. Oversees Quality Management Report. Assumes the lead responsibility over audits both regulatory and customer as well as third party audits and corresponding responses and corrective actions. Oversee qualification of suppliers, oversee development of maintenance quality agreements with clients and vendors, oversee all customer complaints and responses. Solid Auditing experience required. 5+ years as a Quality Director in the Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical environment.

Must learn and know the positions of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Teams.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Master's Degree a must in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical field.
