Peter Levi Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drains is an established residential and commercial service company looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead and develop our plumbing team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to coach technicians, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead, develop, and hold the plumbing service team accountable to performance goals

Coach technicians on technical skills, customer service, and sales effectiveness

Drive key metrics including revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top plumbing talent

Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and regular one-on-ones

Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

3+ years of plumbing management or senior technician experience

Licensed plumber preferred

Proven track record of leading and developing a service team

Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems

Business-minded with the ability to track and respond to performance data

Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
