Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Aesthetics | The C Studio

Pay: Competitive base + commission & bonus opportunities

The C Studio is looking for a driven, client-obsessed Registered Nurse who loves the art of aesthetics and the business behind it. This is more than an injection role — we want a provider who builds loyal patients, crafts treatment plans they can't wait to start, and grows their book through exceptional care and confident recommendations. If you thrive on results, relationships, and revenue, this is your room.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll deliver advanced aesthetic treatments while serving as a trusted advisor who guides patients toward the results they want. Our menu includes:

RF Microneedling (skin tightening & resurfacing)
Botox / Neurotoxins
Dermal Fillers
Medical Weight Loss programs
Laser treatments (hair removal, skin rejuvenation, vascular & pigment)
Body Contouring
Advanced skincare, facials & ongoing maintenance plans
…and more as we continue to expand our offerings

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform consultations, skin analysis, and build personalized treatment plans
Deliver all procedures safely within RN scope of practice and clinical protocols
Review medical history, contraindications, and consent forms before every treatment
Educate patients on pre-care, post-care, and realistic result expectations
Monitor patient safety and report any adverse reactions immediately
Maintain laser safety and proper device usage standards

Sales & Revenue (a key part of this role)

We're looking for a provider who is genuinely excited to grow the business:

Present and recommend treatment plans and packages with confidence
Identify add-on and upsell opportunities that truly serve the patient
Review purchase history and remaining packages before each visit
Recommend professional home-care skincare
Drive rebooking, memberships, and maintenance plans
Support monthly promotions and marketing campaigns
Maintain deep product and treatment knowledge to educate and convert

Patient Experience

Deliver a high-end, luxury experience at every single appointment
Make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
Follow up via spa line or email (never personal phone numbers)
Build long-term relationships that keep patients coming back

Charting & Operations

Maintain accurate EMR charting: treatment areas, device settings, products used, notes & outcomes
Upload before & after photos for every treatment
Ensure consent forms are completed prior to all procedures
Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and prepared; follow opening/closing procedures
Track supply levels and notify management when low

Marketing & Brand

Participate in social media content creation and capture treatment footage when requested
Represent the brand professionally, online and in person

What We're Looking For

Active RN license in good standing
Aesthetic injection and/or laser experience strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)
A natural educator and closer who's comfortable recommending treatments and packages
Polished, professional, warm, and detail-oriented
Reliable, team-oriented, and excited to grow with a thriving practice
