Full Job Description

Overview

Our Chiropractic Office is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities in a busy healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and provide a welcoming office experience
Answer phone calls and respond to text messages
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Check patients in and out
Collect payments and provide receipts
Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient information
Enter patient information and scan documents into the office system
Assist with new-patient paperwork and office forms
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
Keep the front office organized and presentable
Communicate with the doctor and clinical team regarding scheduling and patient needs
Follow up with prospective and existing patients
Perform other general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional, and compassionate personality
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Polished, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers, phones, texting, and scheduling software
Able to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Previous medical, chiropractic, dental, or front-office experience is preferred but not required
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Lives locally
