Full Job Description

BNW Rigging is looking for experienced Welders and Metal Fabricators. We are a fast-growing and fast-paced Event Entertainment Rigging company specializing in rigging solutions to structures and aerial suspension, repair, and maintenance.

The position will require metal fabrication in our shop. Must be able to follow plans, specs, and verbal directions for the completion of assigned tasks and projects. You must be able to competently weld in all positions (Flat, Vertical, and Overhead). You must also be able to produce quality welds steel and aluminum. CNC plasma cutting experience is a plus.

OT after 40 hours. OT after 8 hours.

Must be organized and keep a safe work space at all times.

Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.

Note: This is a temp to full time position. For the first 90 days you would be considered a temp. At the 90 day mark you will meet with management to review being brought on as a full time Fabricator
