Full Job Description

We are established clothing design and sourcing company specializing in delivering high-quality apparel to discount retailers in the US in the juniors, missy, men's, & kids space. Dedicated to finding the sweet spot between price and quality, the Company focuses on meeting customer demands efficiently.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA. The technical designer will be responsible for collaborating with design and technical teams to ensure accurate garment fittings, sending tech packs to overseas vendors, overseeing technical specifications, analyzing and resolving fit-related issues, and maintaining compliance with brand standards. The role may also include evaluating fabrics and patterns, as well as providing feedback on samples and final products to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

Proficiency in garment fitting, pattern-making, and / or technical specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve fit and construction issues
Fit with live model or on dress form
Experience in fabric evaluation and product quality assurance
Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, Excel is must, some illustrations preferred, Microsoft 365 is must.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Knowledge of the fashion or retail industry is a plus
Apparel Technology, or a related field preferred
Must knowledge sewing construction
Create target spec for Junior , Missy, Plus, Kids, Men's for fast fashion for daily base
Able to do full graded spec for bulk production.
Knowledge of mass production procedure, must work closely with team members to prioritize sample send out or internal fit schedule.
Detail fit comment with target spec request , writing construction require and some illustrations if needed to oversea vendors daily
This is senior position required +7 years experience in apparel technical role; salary is based on experience 70K-90K.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
