Qualifications and Job Requirements:

1+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume Harley-Davidson, RV, Powersports, Marine or Automotive New Car Dealership with 4+ years in a high-volume supervisory position (SM/GSM).
Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson are preferred but not required.
Can effectively manage both people and processes.
Experience with staffing, training, motivating, volume sales, counseling, team building, low turnover and monitoring department managers.
Strong computer skills.
