Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

● Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

● Designing insurance plans and adjusting coverage based on the demands, risk profile, and needs of the business or individual customers.

● Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

● Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in sales.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

● Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

● Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

● Valid Life and Health Insurance License.
