Full Job Description

A California company founded by a Buffalo born native with a warehouse/manufacturing facility in beautiful Sebastian Florida is looking for a leader. We’re looking for a Liquid Product Packaging Specialist to join our team in our Sebastian, Florida location. This position is responsible for developing and delivering sales objectives and strategies in alignment with overall market and corporate direction; developing recommendations regarding opportunities to maximize sales through sound market research and data that match our core competencies and ensure current customer and profit base is retained and grown.

We're looking for a person that cannot only set goals, but can be accountable for them; that understands how to establish target accounts, profile markets and pursue those markets. We have had experience with individuals that are exposed to very clear and defined markets, but unable to do the basic follow up, that should be the hallmark of any experienced Individual with a sales background.

Requirements:

The minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related degree, with a minimum of 3 – 8 years of direct sales experience. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years direct sales experience, with a few years of major account experience dealing with customers in great detail, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven customer support experienceStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Salary: $72.8K Base + COM with $2000 per month bonus guaranteed for the 1st year
