Full Job Description

Seeking career satisfaction? Take advantage of this opportunity to join our team as a Leasing Director! We manage multiple multi-family communities which offer a first-rate living experience to our residents.

We offer excellent pay (Hourly pay is negotiable based on experience)
Benefits start on DAY 1- Health, Vision, Dental
Competative Leasing Commission paid monthly
Housing allowance available after 90 days

The schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hour days and includes Saturdays.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Leasing!
Inspecting the property tour path each day.
Taking prospective residents on tours.
Knowledge of the TAA Lease and Addendums.
Answering the phone.
Completing Lease files and submitting to the Community Manager for approval.
Managing the property social media marketing and resident events.
Maintaining a professional and upbeat front office presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
