Full Job Description

Chick-fil-A Austintown is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This is a full time position. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our team. You will have the opportunity to represent our brand in the community, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of our restaurant by attracting and scheduling great team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Outreach & Recruitment: Actively engage with local communities, schools, job fairs, and other organizations to attract potential candidates for open positions.
Candidate Sourcing: Build relationships with potential applicants, share information about the Chick-fil-A brand, and encourage individuals to apply for open positions.
Application Tracking: Manage and track all incoming applications to ensure timely follow-up and processing.
Scheduling: Build team wide weekly schedule of 100+ employees.
Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant leadership to ensure staffing and scheduling needs are met.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicant and hiring data using our recruitment systems.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated attitude.
A passion for community involvement and building relationships.
Flexible availability; some afternoons or evening may be required
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit local recruitment events and community outreach activities.

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
