COMPANY OVERVIEW

Oxbo is the worldwide leader in specialty harvesters. We design, manufacture, and distribute innovative harvesting equipment and related products for the application, berry, citrus, coffee, field corn, forage, fresh market vegetable, olives, processed vegetable, seed, and vineyard markets.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Seasonal Parts Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stocking parts, and processing shipping and receiving activities. This role assists with daily inventory and warehouse functions to help ensure accurate records, organized storage, and timely movement of parts.

This is a seasonal position anticipated to last from July through October, based on business and operational needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Inventory Management

· Performs regular cycle counts to support inventory accuracy

· Reports inventory discrepancies to the parts or warehouse team for review

· Maintains organized, clean, and clearly labeled storage areas

· Assists with inventory organization and relocation of parts as needed

Receiving & Stocking

· Receives incoming parts and verifies quantities against packing slips and purchase orders

· Stocks parts in designated locations following established procedures

· Labels and organizes inventory to maintain efficient storage and retrieval

· Rotates stock as required and reports damaged or obsolete inventory

Shipping & Receiving Support

· Prepares parts for shipment by packaging and labeling items according to company procedures

· Verifies outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness

· Assists with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight

· Maintains shipping and receiving documentation

Paperwork & System Accuracy

· Completes all required paperwork accurately according to Oxbo processes

· Enters and updates inventory transactions in the system in a timely manner

· Maintains accurate records for receiving, shipping, and inventory movement

Customer & Team Support

· Provides courteous and professional service to internal and external customers

· Communicates effectively to resolve routine issues and questions

· Supports effective and efficient business practice.

· Embraces and follows all safety policies, procedures, and programs.

· Maintains positive business relationships, good attendance, punctuality, and acts in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

· Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma/GED

· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

· Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions

· Effective verbal communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with team members

· Ability to safely operate basic warehouse equipment following training and company procedures

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous warehouse, stocking, inventory, shipping/receiving, or related experience

· Experience with using SYSPRO or QAD systems

· Spanish language proficiency

Pay: $16.90 - $19.90 per hour
