We are looking for a responsible, hardworking Business Administrator. This person will be responsible for the following:

Handling general accounting with clients (invoices, payments, receipts, A/R)
General inventory duties - Keep the inventory room accurate and clean.
Ebay - Manage our ebay store by listing new items, renewing items, shipping sold items.
Be the face of the company when people first enter our office.
Assist in phone calls putting people on hold when calls go over a few minutes of hold time.
Assistance with managing our documentation management system.

The Position: Business Administrator

Responsibilities

Keeping inventory and organization of the stock room within our parameters.
Handling of all accounts payable.
Handling our eBay storefront.
Organization and cleanliness of our office. Handling the monthly general office tasks.
