Pool Service Technician – Part-Time
Contra Costa County / East Bay Area
$22–$28 per hour

About Firehouse Pools

Firehouse Pools is a respected and growing residential pool service company proudly serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service to our clients while creating a supportive and professional work environment for our team.

We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing company.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $22–$28/hour depending on experience and overall fit
Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
No weekends
Company vehicle and fuel card provided during work hours
Paid sick leave
Paid vacation (begins accruing after 90 days)
Paid holidays after 6 months
Paid training and ongoing support
Tools, equipment, and uniforms provided
Opportunity for advancement into Lead Technician role
Efficient route planning to minimize unnecessary driving time

Job Responsibilities:

Clean, maintain, and service residential pools and spas
Test and balance pool water chemistry
Brush, vacuum, empty baskets, and maintain pool cleanliness
Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues
Communicate professionally with customers and management
Document service visits using a mobile app
Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle and equipment

Qualifications:

Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ pounds
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Pool experience preferred but not required (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

CPO certification
Mechanical, plumbing, or hands-on repair experience
