Fauquier Health’s Respiratory Therapy team are active participants in our patients’ multidisciplinary care team, providing services across all patient populations.

How you’ll contribute

A Respiratory Therapist who excels in this role:

Provides services to patients of all age groups in accordance with physician orders, working both independently and as part of the of multidisciplinary team.
Evaluates respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices.
Responds to codes and call for emergent assistance. Assesses patient condition and delivers appropriate treatment.

What we’re looking for -
Applicants should have a current Virginia state Respiratory Therapist license.

Completion of an Accredited Program for Respiratory Care
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 7 days of hire.
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) is required within 6 months of hire.
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit/Intermediate Care Nursery experience preferred.
