What You’ll Do
As the first and last person our clients interact with, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
Responsibilities include:
· Greeting clients and patients with compassion and professionalism
· Answering multi-line phones with confidence and excellent etiquette
· Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
· Triaging sick and wellness appointment requests using basic veterinary medical knowledge
· Processing payments and maintaining accurate medical records
· Communicating effectively with doctors and technicians to ensure seamless patient care
· Supporting a positive, team-focused work environment
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
· Friendly, dependable, and highly organized
· Passionate about helping people and their pets
· Calm and compassionate in a fast-paced environment
· An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
· Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
· Experienced in a veterinary hospital setting (minimum three year preferred)
· Familiar with IDEXX Cornerstone software (preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate)
Schedule
· Full/Part-time position (Tues 7am-5:30pm, Wed 7am-4pm, Fri 1-5:30pm, Sat 7:30am-1:30pm)
· Saturday rotation required (7:30 AM – 1:30 PM only)

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
