Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Guest Services Associate, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that welcomes visitors, manages reservations, and ensures smooth operations at the front desk. Your energy and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, welcoming environment, making every guest feel valued and cared for. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Duties

Greet guests with a warm, energetic attitude and provide outstanding customer service at all times
Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
Handle multi-line phone systems professionally, providing information and assisting with inquiries
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies following hotel procedures
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports
Support night audit processes and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly during your shift

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS)
Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to address guest needs proactively
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries via phone or in person
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
