About the Role

Tollo Health is looking for a driven, personable Field Sales Representative to grow our pharmacy footprint across North Carolina. You'll be the face of our lifestyle and medical nutrition brand on the ground — visiting independent and regional pharmacies, building relationships with pharmacists and staff, and getting our products onto shelves and into patient conversations. This is a relationship-first, boots-on-the-ground role for someone who thrives outside a desk.

What You'll Do

· Visit independent and small-chain pharmacies across your North Carolina territory on a regular route/cadence.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy techs, and store owners.

· Present and pitch our medical nutrition and lifestyle product lines, including our flagship medical food product FORZET.

· Secure shelf placement, counter displays, and pharmacist buy-in/recommendation.

· Educate pharmacy staff on product benefits, use cases, and the science behind the brand.

· Track visits, orders, and relationship notes in a simple CRM; report weekly on pipeline and territory progress.

· Represent the brand at local health events, pharmacy conferences, and community activations as needed.

· Relay pharmacy and patient feedback back to the home office to help refine product and messaging.

What We're Looking For

· 2+ years of outside/field sales experience — pharmacy, medical device, nutraceutical, or CPG DSD experience strongly preferred.

· Comfortable with a high-visit, on-the-road role; reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.

· Naturally personable — someone pharmacists want to see walk through the door.

· Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and territory without heavy oversight.

· Strong verbal communicator, comfortable explaining nutrition/health concepts to a clinical audience.

· Based in or willing to be based in North Carolina, with willingness to travel across the state.

· Bonus: existing relationships with independent pharmacies or PSAOs in North Carolina.

Compensation & Structure

· Base salary + commission on placements and reorders (details discussed during interview).

· Mileage/travel reimbursement.

· Opportunity to grow with the territory as the brand's pharmacy footprint expands nationally.
