Rock Solid Plumbing & Heating is a leading provider of plumbing and heating solutions, offering high-quality reliable services to residential and commercial clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and dynamic Salesperson to join our team and contribute to our business development efforts. The Salesperson will play a critical role in serving Rock Solid's client base and driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our range of plumbing services. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the plumbing, heating, construction, or home services industry.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively pursue sales opportunities within residential sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored plumbing solutions.
Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and provide accurate estimates and proposals.
Present and promote company services to prospective customers through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of plumbing and heating services, products, and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, technicians) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, ideally within the plumbing, heating, home improvement, or construction industries.
Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating systems and services is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients as needed. (Clean driving record required.)
