Full Job Description

Overview
The Elder Automotive Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and have dealership accounting experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
-Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments accurately and timely

-Process and post accounts receivable transactions

-Prepare and reconcile the dealership's daily deposit

-Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts

-Prepare customer refunds and other accounting transactions

-Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations

-Maintain organized accounting records and documentation

-Work closely with managers, vendors, and other dealership departments

-Perform additional accounting duties as needed

What We're Looking For

-Previous Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience required

-Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred

-Experience with CDK is preferred

-Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
