Overview

We are looking for an organized and reliable Scheduling Coordinator to support daily scheduling operations in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on managing calendars, booking appointments, coordinating schedules, and communicating with clients or team members. If you enjoy organizing information, keeping things on track, and helping people stay on schedule, this position is a great fit—even for entry‑level candidates.

Key Responsibilities

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will:

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, or service requests.
Manage calendars for staff, clients, or departments.
Communicate with customers, team members, and vendors through email, chat, or phone.
Update schedules in company systems and ensure all information is accurate.
Follow up on cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missing details.
Coordinate availability across multiple time zones when needed.
Maintain organized digital records and logs of all scheduling activity.
Assist with daily workflow planning and prioritizing urgent requests.
Provide friendly, professional customer service during all interactions.
Follow company policies, confidentiality rules, and scheduling procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

Strong organization and time‑management skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and manage several scheduling requests at once.
Basic computer skills (email, calendars, spreadsheets).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to work independently and stay focused.

Preferred (but not required):

Experience in scheduling, administrative support, customer service, or call center work.
Familiarity with scheduling software or calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, CRM systems).
Comfort working with digital files and online platforms.
