Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This position provides an exciting opportunity to support our workforce through effective recruitment, compliance management, employee engagement, and efficient HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of human resources practices, and a passion for fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, including managing applicant tracking systems, screening resumes, communicating with candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs to promote a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment.
Support compliance with applicable employment regulations, including FMLA, workers’ compensation requirements, and OSHA guidelines.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and employee information.
Assist with HR compliance activities, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Support employee relations initiatives and help address workplace concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
Collect, organize, and analyze workforce data using Excel and other HR tools.
Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and organizational decision-making.
Assist with training, employee development, and other HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience working in a Human Resources department or related HR role.
Experience with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and personnel administration.
Working knowledge of employment and labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and regulatory standards, including OSHA.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle workplace concerns and conflict professionally.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and Microsoft Excel preferred.
Experience in talent acquisition, training and development, and succession planning is highly desirable.

Education

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
