As a Security Officer Patrol Driver - Full Time in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor credentials as required, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident documentation.
Report maintenance concerns, access-control issues, and other security-related observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
