Guest Experience Specialist (Medical Spa)Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $18–$25 per hour + Commission & Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do As the first and last impression of our practice, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding guest experience.Responsibilities include:

Welcome every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Build genuine relationships and create memorable experiences.
Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries with exceptional customer service.
Make outbound calls to current, prospective, and previous guests to schedule appointments, follow up after visits, reactivate inactive guests, and introduce promotions, memberships, and special events.
Schedule appointments while maximizing provider schedules and guest convenience.
Educate guests on memberships, treatment plans, skincare products, and available services.
Help guests understand treatment recommendations and confidently recommend additional services that align with their goals.
Rebook guests to help ensure continuity of care and long-term treatment success.
Process payments and maintain accurate daily financial transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Collaborate closely with providers and leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Assist with daily operational tasks while helping achieve individual and team performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, medical spa, aesthetics, dental, cosmetic surgery, concierge services, or customer service.
Experience with appointment scheduling software, CRM systems, or point-of-sale systems.
Experience selling memberships, retail products, or service packages is a plus, but not required.
