Are you an experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoys leading others? We're looking for a Production Lead to help deliver exceptional food and an outstanding dining experience. If you're passionate about quality, teamwork, food safety, and mentoring others, we'd love to meet you.

As our Production Lead, you'll partner closely with the Production Manager and Chef Manager to ensure every meal is prepared with consistency, care, and excellence. You'll play a key leadership role in guiding the kitchen team, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the kitchen production team during daily operations.
Prepare fresh, high-quality menu items using standardized recipes and batch cooking techniques.
Ensure food is prepared on time and meets our standards for taste, presentation, and quality.
Promote and enforce food safety, sanitation, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with training and coaching new and existing team members.
Help maintain production records, temperature logs, and inventory documentation.
Ensure food is properly labeled, dated, and stored according to food safety standards.
Verify menu signage and allergen information before each service.
Monitor kitchen cleanliness and assign cleaning responsibilities to maintain an organized workspace.
Communicate equipment issues, staffing concerns, and operational needs promptly.
Support opening and closing kitchen procedures when scheduled.
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
ServSafe® Food Protection Certification and ServSafe® Allergen Certification required.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements
