Full Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping
- Support medical office management tasks as required

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to assist with financial tasks
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
- Experience supervising administrative staff is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
