Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that products are accurately stocked, organized, and readily available for our retail operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain efficient inventory flow, support customer satisfaction, and uphold safety standards across the warehouse environment. This position offers an energetic work atmosphere where your organizational skills and physical stamina will shine.

Responsibilities

Efficiently load, unload, and move products using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safe lifting practices.
Restock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory, ensuring products are properly organized and accessible.
Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels, update stock records, and assist in inventory control processes.
Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies, damaged goods, or expired items, supporting overall inventory management.
Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment or retail display, maintaining quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to coordinate stocking activities and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and management.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently follow safe lifting practices.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse team environments.
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities.
Knowledge of retail product merchandising, shipping & receiving procedures, and manual handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
