Full Job Description

Job Summary

A busy commercial real estate office in Webster, MA is looking to add a proactive, detail oriented individual for AP Functions, periodic billing and general office support. This in- person position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working on a variety of projects at once.

A/P - Accounting Functions

Input invoices to QuickBooks, prepare weekly check runs and make online payments as needed for multiple companies
Prepare periodic utility reimbursement billings and other miscellaneous bills.
Utilize QuickBooks for light bookkeeping tasks

Administrative Responsibilities Include, but not limited to

Providing administrative support to all departments
Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
Maintain control lists and spreadsheet files
Ensure timely annual filings for multiple entities
Prepare and coordinate special projects as needed
Organization and upkeep of filing systems
Participate in day to day office operations
Maintain office supply inventory

Qualifications

Proficient in QuickBooks
Strong computer skills, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
Two years experience in bookkeeping in an office environment
High attention to detail, problem solving skills and be able to multi-task

Flexible hours, 20 - 30 per week as work load dictates. Paid vacation and 401K match after 6 months of employment. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
