Full Job Description

Description:

Super Vac is the world’s leading manufacturer in emergency ventilation products. A one-stop shop for all things ventilation, Super Vac equips crews with an array of solutions, including PPV fans, smoke ejectors, rescue saws, rehab misters and much more.

We are looking for an energetic, self-starting Welder/Fabricator for our Fans Division. If you are interested in joining a team that builds equipment that helps save lives, please apply.

Responsibilities:

Aluminum tig welding and fabrication
Welding aluminum and steel
Spot welding
Working knowledge of fabrication process and welding procedures
Grinding/Metal finishing
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Aluminum welding experience required
Tig welding experience a plus
General mechanical knowledge
Working knowledge of fabrication process
Able to use and read a tape measure
Good organizational skills
Detail oriented
Ability to follow instructions explicitly
Must be able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy, busy atmosphere.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time, ability to bend and twist
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical agility test and criminal background check
Dependable and willing to learn new skills
A good work ethic and punctuality is a must
A welding evaluation will be given if candidate is chosen for an interview
