18-24 hours per week Part-Time|
Base Pay $18-$19/hour (negotiable based on experience)+ Tiered Lead Bonuses | Paid Training

Position Overview

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing people to represent our company at retail locations and marketing events. This role focuses on engaging customers, starting quick conversations, and introducing homeowners to our products and services.

If you enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and don’t mind being on your feet, this could be a great fit. You’ll interact with hundreds of people throughout the day, creating positive first impressions and generating interest in our home improvement solutions.

Because this role involves engaging with people throughout the day, candidates should be comfortable approaching and starting conversations with new people in busy public environments.

This position is ideal for individuals who have worked in events, retail promotions, hospitality, fitness, or other customer-facing roles. Successful team members are confident, friendly, and energized by interacting with people.

What You’ll Do

Represent the Callen brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at retail locations, home shows, and community events.
Engage homeowners in friendly conversations about window, door, kitchen, and bath remodeling opportunities.
Identify homeowners who may be interested in future home improvement projects.
Collect contact information from interested homeowners so our Customer Experience team can follow up and schedule design consultations.
Create a welcoming and energetic booth presence that reflects the quality and professionalism of the Callen brand.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including organizing booth displays and marketing materials.

This role focuses on starting conversations and collecting lead information—our Customer Experience team handles scheduling and follow-up.

Basic Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate conversations, build trust quickly, and maintain professionalism in a high-visibility public environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in active retail or event environments.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Customer service, retail, promotions, or sales experience preferred (comprehensive training provided).
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check with a seven-year lookback period.

In-depth product and brand training for windows, doors, and remodeling services
Step-by-step instructions on confidently approaching and engaging homeowners
Hands-on training in collecting and managing lead information
Understanding performance metrics and lead generation goals
Field shadowing with experienced representatives at live events
Ongoing coaching and mentorship to support your success

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits

Hourly Pay

$18/hour base pay

Lead Bonus Structure

Bonuses begin at $25 per qualified lead
Bonus amounts increase through performance tiers
Top performers can earn up to $100 per qualified lead

A qualified lead is defined as a homeowner who provides contact information and ultimately schedules an in-home design consultation with a Callen sales consultant.

Schedule

Typical schedule
Part-Time 18-24 hours per week, 3-4 days, 6-hour shifts.
Flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Earning Potential

Top performers can earn $50,000–$70,000+annually through hourly pay and lead bonuses.
