Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar operations. In this role, you will oversee daily bar activities, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Your leadership will drive a lively atmosphere, promote teamwork, and uphold sanitation and safety protocols. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to elevate the guest experience while managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise all bar staff, including bartenders, servers, and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment.
Manage daily operations including shift scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and alcohol licensing regulations across all bar activities.
Train staff on proper food handling, serving techniques, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and customer service excellence.
Monitor customer interactions to guarantee a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any issues promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen management for seamless food production and catering or banquet events when applicable.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service management, restaurant management, or hospitality management roles with supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety management practices, and dietary considerations.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively .
Familiarity with POS systems
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Previous experience with shift management, managing food production teams, and supervising catering or banquet events is preferred.
