Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Assist the lending team by gathering and organizing client documentation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Conduct initial loan assessments to help keep deals progressing efficiently and accurately.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records for each active file, supporting seamless operations.
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, providing updates throughout the lending process.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted correctly and on time, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client service.
Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in commercial finance.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Proven track record of learning quickly and adapting to new processes and technologies.
Strong analytical skills to conduct initial loan assessments and support decision-making.
