Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm. Join us and contribute to creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and team members alike!

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage phone calls, text messages
Handle tasks using productivity software such as Google Suite and Slack
Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects our professional environment
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars
Support office management activities including filing, document proofreading, and general clerical duties
Utilize technical proficiency with office equipment and software like QuickBooks for basic financial or record-keeping tasks

Requirements
Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent digital literacy including proficiency in Google workspace, spreadsheets, social media, and data entry
Experience with phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls professionally
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Strong organizational and customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person
Familiarity with office management procedures, clerical work, and administrative support functions
Ability to perform typing tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy; proofreading skills are a plus
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
Personal assistant or front desk experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
