Full Job Description

Role Summary

The Utah Site Supervisor owns full project delivery for Highline's first projects in Utah, including schedule, budget management, quality, safety, and client experience, while establishing Highline's vendor network, field standards, and reputation in a new market. This is a leadership role, The Site Supervisor leads through planning, communication, and accountability, picking up tools only when the project requires it, and consistently contributing to jobsite cleanliness, organization, and finish protection as part of upholding Highline's standard of care.

Essential Responsibilities

Market Establishment & Vendor Development (Utah-specific) Identify and vet local subs, suppliers, and trade partners. Build preferred vendor lists and pricing benchmarks. Translate Highline standards into the Utah context. Represent Highline with local inspectors, AHJs, and the SLC design/build community. Partner with Bozeman leadership on lessons learned and scalable process.

Project Ownership Own schedule, budget management, and execution from handoff through closeout. Drive milestones, manage risk, approve timecards and field spend, partner with PM on change orders and cost tracking.

Crew & Subcontractor Leadership Lead and develop the field team. Manage sub performance, sequencing, and accountability. Set the tone for professionalism and craftsmanship, serve as Highline's cultural anchor in Utah.

Quality, Safety & Risk Own QC across all scopes; authority to stop work that doesn't meet standard. Ensure design intent aligns with constructability and flag conflicts early. Manage warranty and liability exposure through proactive review and communication. Enforce OSHA and Highline safety standards. Maintain SWPPP and site compliance. Uphold jobsite cleanliness and finish protection as a core part of Highline's standard of care.

Client & Stakeholder Relationships Primary on-site contact for clients, architects, designers, and inspectors. The face of Highline in the Utah market.

Reporting Own weekly reporting and Procore documentation. Provide regular market-development updates to Bozeman leadership during the launch phase.

Required Qualifications

8+ years high-end residential, including full ownership of $10M+ projects
Salt Lake City market experience: Familiarity with local subs, suppliers, inspectors, and permitting
Proven schedule, budget, and client management
Procore proficiency; strong drawing/spec interpretation
Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience launching a new market or office for a builder
Existing SLC / Wasatch Front trade partner relationships
OSHA 30; First Aid/CPR
Mentoring experience

Physical Requirements

Climbing ladders/scaffolding, extended standing/walking/bending, outdoor work in Utah weather conditions, and enforcing proper PPE when required.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
