Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth across various platforms. A solid understanding of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, AI tools, video editing, social media marketing, advertising sales, and marketing automation tools is essential for success in this position.

Duties

Manage and optimize social media channels, including Facebook Advertising and other platforms, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, print advertising, and social media to attract and retain target audiences.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content aligned with brand standards.
Design marketing materials using CorelDRAW Graphics Suite.
Create and edit visual content using AI tools.
Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, WordPress, and HTML-based websites.
Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth within B2B markets and e-commerce channels.
Manage advertising sales initiatives by developing pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
Use marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows and improve lead generation efforts.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.
Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
Assist in budgeting for marketing projects while ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored for different audiences.
Experience in B2B marketing strategies, including product management and sales support, is preferred.
Knowledge of print advertising within integrated marketing campaigns is a plus.
