Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in managing office functions, maintaining financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and team members alike. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls professionally with proper phone etiquette
Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and paper records, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and other productivity software, supporting various administrative functions
Assist with office management duties including materials pricing, ordering, and tracking
Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email and maintaining positive client communication
Support office operations through clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing Word processing files, and managing office supplies

Experience

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong emphasis on bookkeeping and data entry
Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive for collaboration and organization
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing professional front desk reception services
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or client communication roles that require excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
