Title Agency Underwriting Support Representative
Investors Title Insurance Company
North Carolina (remote- MUST BE LOCATED IN NC)

Join a collaborative team where your title insurance expertise helps agency partners succeed. As a Title Agency Underwriting Support Representative, you'll provide day-to-day underwriting guidance, production support, audit assistance, and operational expertise to title agencies throughout North Carolina. You'll serve as a trusted resource for answering questions, resolving issues, supporting compliance, and helping agency partners navigate their daily underwriting and title operations with confidence.

What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day underwriting and operational support to assigned title agencies.
Serve as a primary point of contact for agency questions regarding underwriting guidelines, title processes, forms, rates, settlement procedures, and company requirements.
Assist agencies with production challenges, workflow questions, and issue resolution.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of company underwriting standards, state requirements, and operational procedures.
Support agency personnel with SoftPro and other production systems.
Conduct quarterly operational audits and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
Provide training and guidance on underwriting standards, systems, and operational procedures.
Assist with the development of training materials and agency support resources.
Maintain accurate client, lender, and provider information to support efficient title production.
Assist with operational reporting, production tracking, and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in title insurance, underwriting, agency operations, or a related field required.
Understanding of title insurance and real estate settlement processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to provide training, guidance, and support to agency personnel.
Proficiency with general computer applications; SoftPro experience is preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed.
A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and building lasting agency relationships.
