Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Gather, organize, and verify all necessary documentation to support loan applications.
Conduct initial assessments of loan applications to help identify potential issues early.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our loan management system.
Provide timely updates to clients, keeping them informed at every stage of the loan process.
Ensure all paperwork is submitted correctly and on time to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with the commercial lending team to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
Ability to gather, organize, and verify documentation with precision and attention to detail.
Proven track record of maintaining accurate records and managing data efficiently.
Strong communication skills to provide clear and timely updates to clients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting ongoing projects and initiatives.
Familiarity with basic financial concepts and a keen interest in commercial finance.
Proficiency in using digital tools and software for record-keeping and communication tasks.
