Be the Face of Connecticut's Fastest-Growing Beverage Portfolio

This isn't a desk job. This is you, on the road, building something people are going to know.

Drink CT is the company behind Hi! People — real-fruit THC + CBG seltzers — and LIFTD — the hemp THC drink with everything you loved about the sodas you grew up on, grown up. We're in liquor stores and dispensaries across Connecticut today, and we're building toward a multi-state brand. You'd be getting in at the ground floor, before everyone else catches on.

We're looking for someone magnetic. Someone who walks into a store and the energy changes. Someone who loves meeting people, running tastings and events, being on camera for brand content, and turning a cold walk-in into a handshake and an order.

What You'll Actually Do

Own a Connecticut territory: liquor stores, package stores, and dispensaries
Open new accounts — walk in, tell the story, ask for the order
Drive reorders and keep existing accounts stocked, merchandised, and looking sharp
Run in-store samplings, tastings, pop-ups, and brand activations (where legally permitted) — you're the star of these
Appear in social content, event coverage, and brand marketing as the face of Drink CT in the field
Educate owners, buyers, and budtenders on the portfolio, dosing, and positioning
Build your weekly route, track your pipeline, and report what's working
Feed intel back to HQ: competitor moves, pricing, what customers are saying

How You Get Paid (This Is the Fun Part)

Base salary of $50K–$60K plus a bonus structure built on clear, hittable milestones:

New account bonuses — get paid every time you open a door that stays open
Reorder bonuses — accounts that keep buying keep paying you
Volume milestones — quarterly case-sale targets with escalating payouts
Growth kickers — bonus tiers as your territory hits key revenue marks

Top performers won't just earn more — they'll be first in line for regional and multi-state leadership roles as we expand.

Who Crushes This Role

Natural charisma and a confident in-person presence — comfortable being the center of attention at an event or on camera
Experience in beverage, alcohol, cannabis/hemp, CPG, promo/brand ambassador work, hospitality, or field sales is a big plus — but hunger beats résumé
Self-starter who can run their own route and follow up relentlessly
Comfortable with rejection; energized by the win
Able to represent a regulated 21+ product responsibly and compliantly
Valid driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation, willing to be on the road daily
Must be 21+
