Location: San Marcos, TX

We are a consumer business operating online and in our growing fleet of retail stores. We operate multiple manufacturing studios that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.

The Role

We're seeking an Operations Manager to help build our newest facility. You will plan, develop, and lead a team within the Framebridge manufacturing business to excel in the areas of safety, quality, and customer deliveries. As an Operations Manager, you are accountable for developing and installing consistent assembly and material flow processes within their areas of responsibility. The processes and workflows will drive very high levels of safety, quality yields, and deliveries based upon customer order dates. The Operations Manager will develop their team to ensure that goals are met consistently. As an Operations Manager you’ll hold the highest levels of communication across the organization and on the floor to ensure the business performs at the highest levels.

This Manager will maintain aspirations, based upon performance, to grow into a Plant Manager or another leadership role within Framebridge.

As Operations Manager, You Will:

Be responsible for meeting our goals for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Drive improvement in processes through Lean/Kaizen events that lead to improved performance in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Provide performance feedback and development plans for members of your team.
Lead an environment driven to achieve business results.
Ensure your team is trained and skilled across processes for each job on the team.

Who You Are:

Degree in Business or Engineering.
Expertise in leading in a manufacturing operation.
5 plus years within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in delivering performance management feedback
Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement activities.

Salary Information:

The base range is $110K-$120K plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
