We're Looking for a Proven Producer
Mighty Dog Roofing of Winston-Salem is looking for an experienced sales professional - not entry level - who can close company-generated leads and create their own opportunities.

If you've already proven you can sell, build relationships, and consistently produce, we want to give you the leads, systems, marketing, and operational support to take your income to the next level.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners to perform roof inspections
Identify storm, age-related, and insurance-related roofing issues
Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
Build relationships and establish trust with customers
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach
Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to project completion
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships

Compensation - We reward performance.

First 30 Days: Structured onboarding with performance-based milestone incentives and commissions.
After 30 Days — Choose Your Path:

Growth Plan: Base pay options
Producer Plan: 100% commission + higher earning potential

Experienced producers who build their own pipeline and consistently close business have the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond.

Qualifications

3+ years of successful sales experience
Be willing to climb roofs for inspections
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
