We have contracts in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk Counties. All work is local and lined up for years to come. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits. RTD is currently seeking experienced Skilled Laborers for both above and below ground water and sewer construction.

Skilled Laborer:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven relevant experience.
Understanding of heavy equipment operation, trench safety and utility locating techniques / practices.
Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
Ability to stand, kneel, walk, lift, bend, stoop, push and pull.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, often extreme heat, and at different job sites as required.
Strong commitment to safety practices and strict adherence to safety protocols.
