Full Job Description

As a Master's Level Therapist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions in order to assist psychiatric clients to achieve and maintain stability. These functions include, but are not limited to, facilitating group and/or individual therapy, identifying placement needs and supportive linking resources, interviewing clients to aid in completing their psychosocial assessments and developing their treatment plans with an emphasis on immediate discharge goals, efficiently documenting all activities, conducting activities with the client, client families and/or significant others, providing regular input to the treatment plan, providing support and crisis intervention when necessary, completing training in order to continuously enhance job performance, and showing flexibility and teamwork. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

As the Master's Level Therapist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to:

Provide supportive individual and group counseling to caseload to assist clients in meeting treatment goals and objectives.
Demonstrate competency in the ability to do assessments, treatment planning, and other required data collection and entry.
Make appropriate referrals in attempt to meet clients’ identified needs.
Complete all necessary intake paperwork, including psychosocial assessments, BASC, initial treatment plans (if applicable).

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Human Services: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc.
