Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor and Front Desk Associate, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and seamless guest relations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help maintain the high standards of our resort or hotel, making every guest feel welcomed and valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance.
Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, striving to exceed expectations.
Maintain security protocols by monitoring surveillance and conducting routine safety inspections.
Support guest services by providing local information, coordinating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Document shift activities thoroughly through shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational continuity.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort settings.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and guest relations.
Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond promptly to guest needs.
