Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Perform field installation of metrology systems, provide field demonstration, training, preventative maintenance, and repair services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Travel to assigned locations to introduce and maintain ABTech products and services with existing and prospective customers
- Interface with key cross-functional areas, such as Engineering, Manufacturing and Business Development to ensure customer requirements are met
- Master product information/application knowledge through training and personal efforts
- Assist customers with the installation/setup of procured products and may provide other required post-sales services
- Maintain contact with customers to obtain feedback and discuss future business needs
- Develop and Provide customers with service quotes and/or preventative maintenance plans
- Plan and organize daily work schedule
- Ensure adherence to general business and company policies
- Travel 25-50%, including overnight stays
Education and experience:
Minimum requirement: 2-5 years in a Field Service or hands-on technical role.
Secondary Schooling in Engineering or trades preferred
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys travel. Passport required.
