Full Job Description

Credit/Collections Rep

1. Commercial Collections

Manage portfolio of approximately 800-1,000 customer accounts
Review aging reports daily
Conduct collection efforts through phone and email
Follow up on outstanding balances and payment issues

2. Customer Account Management

Maintain regular communication with customers
Resolve payment disputes and account discrepancies
Manage large volumes of customer correspondence

3. Credit Support Activities

Assist with reviewing credit applications
Support credit limit recommendations
Work within established company credit guidelines

Note: Credit experience is helpful but can be taught internally.
4. Administrative & Reporting Functions

Manage high email volume
Utilize Excel for aging reports and account tracking
Update account records and documentation
