Full Job Description

Join the growing team at Relief Spine and Pain Center, where we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with data entry and transcribing documents
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

- Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures
- Take patient vital signs, record medical history, and update patient information in electronic health records
- Administer medications, including injections, as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic life support procedures in emergency situations
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care measures
- Schedule patient appointments and manage medical records
- Assist with medical coding and billing processes

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a Medical office is preferred
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written correspondence
- Proficient in using clerical software such as QuickBooks and other computerized systems
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
