Full Job Description

Talisman is a full-service engineering and surveying firm established by an experienced team in Salt Lake City in 2016. We specialize in site and land development, utility development, and detailed survey services, including high-definition LIDAR scanning and aerial photography. To each engineering assignment, we also bring a focused perspective on sustainability for the benefit of the environment and client economics. We specialize in professional civil engineering and land surveying for municipal services, private sector land development, and construction industries. Our firm has built a particularly strong portfolio in resort development, urban redevelopment, higher educational facilities, and utility engineering services.

We are seeking a motivated, goal-driven Project Manager with experience in the civil engineering industry to join our team. At Talisman Civil Consultants, we focus less on individual qualifications and more on a strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and maintaining a team-player mindset. Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of diverse civil engineering projects
Coordinate with engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Serve as the main point of contact for clients
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with regulations
Identify and mitigate project risks
Keep detailed project documentation and reporting
Manage teams of staff members and consultants

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field
P.E license preferred
4+ years of civil engineering and project management experience
Strong history of successful project execution and an ability to manage important client relationships
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
