Full Job Description

NOW HIRING: Barback – Casino Events

Location: Lincoln, CA

We're seeking experienced, energetic Barbacks to join our team at a premier casino venue in Lincoln, CA. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in supporting exceptional bar service, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic casino hospitality team.

Position Overview:

Event-based, on-call bartending and service roles
Most events take place on Fridays and Saturdays
Typical start times between 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Events generally conclude between 10:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Mandatory Orientation: Thursday, July 16 (required to be eligible to work at the venue)
Weekly pay via direct deposit (Fridays)

Please Note:
This is a seniority- and performance-based staffing model. Scheduling is determined by performance, attendance, and client needs. While we strive to offer consistent opportunities, shifts are not guaranteed for every event.

Requirements:

1–2+ years of barback, bartending support, restaurant, casino, or high-volume hospitality experience preferred
Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience stocking bars, replenishing beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies
Assist bartenders with setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, organized work area throughout events
Ability to safely lift and transport kegs, cases of beverages, ice, and bar supplies
Reliable transportation and ability to work in Lincoln, CA
Professional appearance with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
Excellent communication skills and willingness to support bar operations as needed
Must be 18 years or older

Physical Demands:

This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.

Uniform Requirements: (Uniform must be provided by the employee)

Black button-down shirt
Black slacks (no jeans, no leggings, and no ripped or faded pants)
Black non-slip shoes with black socks
